Forthcoming Meetings
In addition to the excitement of the races and betting with bookmakers, there will be a fairground, food stalls, licensed bar and trade stands.
This year, there will also be changes to the food providers and the organisers are creating a ‘celebration of Shropshire food,’ with carefully selected local food vendors selling delicious local produce. Food stands include a hog roast from Castlemoor Farm, sausages and burgers from Fordhall Farm, rotisserie chicken and raclette from Roaming Rotisserie, cakes and meringues from The Little Round Cake Company and handmade chocolates from Bonboniere. Aroma will have a stand selling coffee. There will also be a number of trade stands selling a wide range of items, including country clothing, garden furniture and equine accessories.
The gate opens at 10am, with the first race taking place at 2pm and the last race at 5.40. Admission is £10 per person and free for under 12s. Car parking is free.
